Our Story
from passion to execution
et Oliva is a Mediterranean Food Brand that came out of what we lost during the COVID pandemic; a chance to connect with each other over food, drink, and those close to us. That is why we established our brand; to help us all reconnect through the power of great food! It became our mission to produce True Aegean flavors, close to nature. Our products are inspired by the mezze style of dining, composed of small plates meant to stimulate appetite. The flavors of the Mediterranean run deep for us, our family, and our friends who continue to call the Mediterranean home. We strive to create and bring these artisan flavors to your table. We are a small, independent, and NGLCC certified LGBT owned and operated company. We are passionate about food security and social justice and through our continued work, we are striving to make positive impacts locally and abroad.
At et Oliva, we believe that food should be more than just sustenance. We strive to put love and passion into each of our products, and create experiences that inspire you to cook and enjoy food with your friends and family. With over 15 years of experience as a chef and a graduate of business school, I bring a unique combination of culinary and business knowledge to the table.
I travel to the Aegean on a regular basis to find the freshest ingredients and inspiration for my products. I have also been a father for a few years, and understand that it can be hard to find the time to make healthy and delicious meals. With et Oliva, I hope to make it easier for everyone to enjoy the delicious flavors of the Mediterranean.
