Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 4-6 business days for your product to arrive to you. We regret to inform you that we cannot ship to PO boxes. As soon as an order is placed, you will be notified of the shipping and tracking information as we have it. Any orders in the continental US are eligible for free shipping when you purchase $75 or more.

  • We ship anywhere within the US and Canada.

  • PROCESSING TIME Orders are processed within 2 business days) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

  • CANCELLATIONS After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

  • RETURNS All sales are final, and returns are not accepted - please see refund section below.

  • DELAYED ORDERS: In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.

  • DAMAGED ORDERS: et Oliva is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider. Please also see the return policy below.

  • SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Return & Exchange Policy

Below is our return and exchange policy - by placing your order, you acknowledge that you agree with the below policy.

  • We do not handle returns, being that the product is food based. However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please take a photo and send it to questions@etoliva.com with REFUND or EXCHANGE in the subject line and specify . Note that this must be done within a week of receiving the item for a full refund or exchange. Otherwise, we will issue a store credit for up to 1 month after you receive the product.

  • No refunds will be given for items on sale or promotion.
